I have just got up this morning .... painlessly.... not only that
I got a proper night sleep without dragging a pillow into bed to lie on
or put between my knees etc ......that's the first time in ages .... no
pins and needles, no numbness .... whatever we did yesterday you seem
to have got my hip moving in a better direction....So .... well done

The pilates has really been helping me. It has defintiely increased my flexibility, to be able to bend forward to brush my teeth and hold that position is more than a while ago, so its all good! The exercises are based around what your fitness is and the teacher constantly goes around to make sure you are doing the exercises safely and correctly.
