Level 1 - Beginner

This course is for complete beginners. It teaches basic Pilates exercises incorporating rehab-type exercise for core stability and motor control.

It is the foundation for all other levels.

No previous Pilates experience is needed.

Level 2 - Improver

Pilates exercises for more strength and flexibility and to start to develop endurance.

Level 2/3 - Women Only

Pilates for women focusing on core strength, endurance and postural alignment.

This class is suitable for women who have completed at least one course of post-natal Pilates.

 

Level 3 - Intermediate

Pilates for those who have mastered the basics and want more demanding exercises where we increase loading and challenge co-ordination.

Level 4 - Advanced

­Pilates for those who are beyond the intermediate level and want to explore more of the classical Pilates repertoire.

Healthy back class­

This course is for people with back problems. We will learn about posture, good movement habits in daily living and strengthening exercises to support the back.

Basic Pilates experience is needed.
