I recommend that you wear something comfortable that does not restrict movement, at the same time that is not too loose or too baggy so that I can best assess how you move. You will not need trainers as we work either bare foot or in socks.
I will provide mats and head cushions. If you like you can bring a towel to place it over the mat. Any small props for example balls or bands will be provided too.
When you come for the first time please bring your enrolment form with you. You can find a PDF version to download under booking.
Apart from that I only ask that you are on time as I do start the classes promptly. If you have booked an individual session, any delay will have to be deducted from your hour as it is very likely that somebody has booked another session after yours.
