Body Orchestra
Bodyorchestra is a collaboration with my fellow Pilates and Ideokinesis teacher and friend, Nicki O'Clarey. Together we study ideokinesis based on the Franklin-Method, apply it in our movement teachings and present the work in classes and workshops. For more information on the method and on our workshops please visit: www.bodyorchestra.com

Schools and Organisations

With over 300 dance students in full time professional training and strong relationships with many UK leading Contemporary Dance companies, Laban has unparalleled access to several hundred potential research participants which gives both credibility and validity to any research under investigation.
Franklin-Method Institute, Switzerland
The Franklin Method Institute offers world wide courses in movement and imagery education. In this function we provide Teacher Training Courses leading to a "Franklin Teacher Certification" as well as workshops in the Franklin Method.
Ideokinesis.com
The Ideokinesis.com website serves to disseminate information on an educational approach that promotes the improvement of posture and movement. This approach was never codified as that seemed to contradict the nature of the educational process. The central tenet of Ideokinesis suggests that disciplined concentration on precisely formulated imagery will improve the coordination underlying our habits of posture and movement.
Polestar Pilates UK
Polestar is an international community of research-oriented movement science professionals, transferring knowledge to clients to improve health and well-being, through the application of Pilates and various methodologies of movement science.

REPs UK
The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) has been set up to help safeguard and to promote the health and interests of people who are using the services of exercise and fitness instructors, teachers and trainers. Members of the Register are given a card and registration certificate to prove their qualification and membership.
